Justice Hansraj Khanna's loss is a graet loss to the judicial institution of this country. He was a real hero of our democracy in its toughest and darkest hour when in the famous habeas corpus case he gave his ruling independently and opposite to the view of other four judges even though he knew that would cost him Chief Justiceship of India. How many such corageous Judges can we find today?
We, the people of India salute the great soul of thou Justice Khanna and hope that in your re-birth (as per the Hindu Mythology) thou shall do much more to free the institution of Judiciary from favouritism and other evils which are instilling in it day by day.
